Entrepreneurship is but a Tale of untold stories . . .

A small Entrepreneur Meetup group met a few days back for introductions at Pune. All the attendees were from different walks of life, different professions, education background and geographical locations. But one thing that was common among all was that each of us had a story to tell. A story of our life so far, of our aspirations, of our ambitions and of the dreams.

So while one of the attendees talked about how his company started, how he ventured into different cities and eventually landed up in pune, successfully handling a CEO post at a multinational company another entrepreneur has just quit his high paying job in one field at mumbai and came to pune to follow his passion in altogether different arena of work. There were students who didn’t had any idea where or what they want to work on. Quite a few startups with novel dot com ideas as well as conventional business as simple as that of renting out cars. As all of them told their stories about all the small incidences in their life that had lead them to this meet, most of these were small and trivial but none of it seemed immaterial or inconsequential for them. This is just the beginning of the Long journey that each of us have choosen to travel. It won’t be long when many of the attendees will be heading successful ventures.

Countless times we come across the stories and life histories of successful game changers. The ideas and thoughts of people who have touched the realms of success in their area of passion and expertise. These stories serve as an inspiration to follow our own passion and become as successful as their protagonists. As one progresses the path of entrepreneurial success, many small incidences and events pass by. These events often are so small in terms of time frame and current importance, that even there occurrence is not registered let alone the impact they have on our journey. These small incidence mostly don’t make it to the Story of our success, but do play an important role in writing the transcript.

One thing for sure, if and when I talk about my success story I will definitely mention this group and the amazing people I met here.
